Extending Enterprise Storage Capabilities to the Midmarket
ESG Lab recently completed hands-on testing and analysis of Hitachi Unified Storage VM (HUS VM) and Hitachi Command Suite (HCS) 7.3 software. This report focuses on the evolutionary enhancements to both HUS VM and HCS that enable the Hitachi Data Systems vision of one platform for all data providing shared storage services in the data center and private cloud. This validation also focuses on how HUS VM and HCS improve administration, operations, provisioning, performance, and resilience for enterprise storage environments.
