VMware recently announced its new digital workspace offerings, which include: Just-in-time Management Platform (JMP), providing quick desktop and application provisioning on-premises and in the cloud; Blast with a new adaptive transport, enhancing the digital workspace user experience; Horizon Cloud, a new desktop-as-a-service solution hosted in the IBM Cloud; and Horizon Apps, a new standalone published app offering with enhanced application management capabilities. In addition, the company is looking to accelerate the adoption of VMware Workspace One with the addition of physical workspaces, expand its cloud and platform partner ecosystem, and enhance Windows 10 innovation with Dell EMC.
